It has been awhile since I blogged. Well, the urge to just blog = no more. Plus I don't see the need to blog blog blog everyday. HAH! Anyways, this issue has really been bugging me A LOT! See the pretty picture of Camerons below? Pretty ain't it? Forget the editing of it, it's still pretty. The rainbow IS REAL, by the way.

Credits to *Joel Wong* who took this picture when he came to Camerons.
And lucky enough to get a shot of a pretty rainbow.
He thanked God for it. =)
Anyways, back to the point. Now, why am I so annoyed? Here's a look of what people, the government to be specific, is doing to Cameron Highlands.
This was actually a mountain. Filled with GREEEEEEEN plants. TREES to be exact! Apparently they killed everything on that mountain for their own benefit.
Sadly I don't have the before picture. Anyways, I was shock myself when I saw this few months ago.
What have they done?
THIS!
KILLING CAMERONS!
I couldn't take a better picture of this. But this is another place in Camerons.
Why are they doing this?
Everywhere I go, construction sites are bound to be seen.
In my opinion, they are building UNNECESSARY things.
Cameron's getting HOTTER and HOTTER.
When I was a little girl, it was only 15˚C to 18˚C everyday.
It's 22˚C to 27˚C now. And it's getting hotter by the years. =(
What will the once beautiful Camerons turn to be in a few years time? A concrete jungle?
I can't stand imagining what would happen.
Will update a better post of this the next time.
:- No photo editings due to some problems.

A good post! STOP KILLING CAMERON HIGHLANDS!!! =)
what to do.. government wants money from projects =/
Malaysian Justice: YES =)
KenWooi: I know right? HAIH
They should awake. Yea, i can say that Cameron is getting hotter. Construction, this is totally wrong. They should stop develop all the buildings.Good post and keep it up! Can i link your blog?
They can built but be more environmentally friendly la. Certain buildings can add to the environment, think of japanese gardens. but instead they choose to be so unrefined and stomp around like a Godzilla -_-"
Malaysians...our gah-ment don't think of the future. Just the here and now...and the moolah involved. sad...
Amazing place. when is the best season to visit cameron highland?
*sigh* some things we cannot control. i stay beside a forest reserve, but its surrounded by house estates and i fear they will keep pushing the boundaries. though kononnya "reserved" ==. the building companies are building as near(and i mean REALLY right beside it)as possible, cause the houses sell for a LOT. think 2million.
today yb hannah yeoh, the state assemblymen of subang jaya spoke at my church, it was really inspiring :) and she suggested that if we want change: 1.register to vote 2.join a party i don't see you joining a party(lol :P)but there has to be something you can do also lah. like praying for now. don't get too discouraged, yea?
cheers, ei jean =)
Deforestation is in every country and sadly there is not much one has been able to do. On the positive side I stayed at a Cameron Highlands hotel for 2 days and the weather and beauty of the place kept me spellbound.
